I want to visit a bakery where are you located?

We prepare our orders in a commercial kitchen and have a pickup location located in Arlington.

What are the business hours at your pick up location?

Our pick up location hour of operation are Monday -Saturday 11am -5pm. Sunday closed.

Can I order in advance?

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes! you can order for local delivery through our site directly.

What's the difference between local pickup and delivery and nationwide shipping on your site?

If you place an order for our pickup location or cookies, juices, and our brunch menu, the items will be packed in our standard bakery bags and bakery boxes.

If you would like to ship a cookie gift box instead, Nationwide shipping is the option for you. Gift box packaging is available through our online shop. Our brunch menu or juices aren't available for shipping.

Do you accept returns?

Given the perishable nature of our cookies, we aren't able to accept returns. All merchandise is final sale as well.

Where is my order?

You'll get an email confirmation immediately after you place your order and receive another tracking once your order is being processed for shipment. (1-3 days before the requested delivery date.

How far in Advance Do I Need to Place My Order?

Since our team bakes and ships to order each day, we need advance notice to plan for large orders. We typically require 1-2 weeks' notice for large orders.
