Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and fulfill your order before it is shipped. We make our dough fresh daily in small batches to ensure quality and freshness.
We do ask that you acknowledge the 1–3 day processing time when planning to order, so please take this into account when placing an order as a gift or for time-sensitive deliveries. Even when placing an order with the express delivery option, we still require 1-3 business days to process your order.
During the Holiday Period (November–December) please allow up to 5 business days for processing. We see higher than average order volumes during this period each year and ask for your patience with us as our team work to fulfill your orders in a timely manner.
We currently ship to every postal address in Nationwide via express post.
Via Express Delivery (depending on location). Orders shipped to metro cities will typically take 1 business day to arrive, once shipped. Orders shipped to regional locations will typically take up to 4 business days to arrive once shipped.
